The fourth hospital, east of Austin in Manor, is not open yet. The address and the domain are live; the phone number and the opening date are not published, and this page will not guess at either.
What we can confirm

- Domain: HomesteadVetTX.com, already registered for Homestead’s own future patient-facing site

- It is being built to the same pattern as the other three: a Brycg hospital averaging roughly 6,000 square feet, designed as a seven doctor practice open seven days a week
What we will not guess at
- A phone number, because none has been published
- An opening date, because none has been set publicly
- A hospital director, a team size, or a service list, because a hospital that has not opened has none of those yet
That is a short list on purpose. A veterinarian deciding whether Homestead is worth watching deserves the real state of it, not a filled-in template that reads like it opened last year.
Watching Homestead, or ready sooner
Three hospitals are already open and hiring
If Manor is the right town but the timing is not, Matthew Brooks and the rest of Brycg are already staffing Liberty Hill, Pointe 183 and the Crystal Falls emergency hospital. Current openings across all four hospitals, Homestead included once it has any, are kept on the careers page and on the AVMA job board.
