What Brycg offers a veterinarian, not a pet owner

Brycg Veterinary Alliance does not treat animals. It is a veterinary management and development company founded in 2018 in Cedar Park, Texas, and the four things below are what it actually offers a licensed veterinarian or vet tech: mentorship staffed for, a caseload wide enough to matter, a real route to ownership, and a hospital built to hold all three. Pet-owner care happens at Brycg’s four partner hospitals, each with its own address, phone line and website.

How the group is built

Seven-doctor hospitals, open seven days

See all four hospitals

7 doctors.
7 days.

Facilities average around 6,000 square feet with state of the art equipment, each designed as a seven doctor practice open seven days a week. That staffing is the reason collaboration and mentorship are possible rather than aspirational.

That staffing is not a coincidence. A seven doctor schedule, open seven days a week, is what actually leaves room in the calendar for a mentor to sit in on a case rather than just sign off on it, and it is the same structure behind the path to ownership and the urgent and emergency caseload.

He reads every application himself, which is why every opening Brycg lists points at his own address rather than a careers portal. Whichever of the four you are considering, the next step is the same conversation.
